Jimmy Dee (J.D.) Warren, 70, of De Leon, peacefully passed away at his home.
He was born July 28, 1949, in Gorman, Texas to Elea Presley Warren and Mildred Carroll Warren.

J.D. attended De Leon High School. Following high school, J.D. enlisted in the United States Marine Corp and served two tours during the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged holding the rank of Sergeant. J.D. was a self-employed handy man. He was very skilled at many different trades. He enjoyed watching football, especially the Dallas Cowboys (if they were winning), fishing, and going out to eat. He especially enjoyed trying new restaurants. J.D. enjoyed his many road trips hauling vehicles with his long-time faithful friends, Jim Bob and Terry Wofford. He also loved playing with his loving dog, Harley. J.D. will be missed by his family and many friends.

J.D. is survived by his brother, Joe Bob Warren and wife, Doris; niece, Sami Jo Warren Catalena and husband, Clay; cousins, Jerry Bingham and wife, Jan; Wadena Cogburn and husband, Kenny, and Melissa Bingham.
J.D. was preceded in death by his parens; and two brothers, Elea Wade Warren and Larry Dale Warren.
