She leaves her husband, Danny Lewis; five children, Daniel (Jamie) Lewis of Slayden, Chris Lewis of Byhalia, Wendy Lewis of Bolivar, Tenn., Crystal Lewis (Joey Brown) of Slayden, Nina Lewis of California; a brother, James Hopkins; a sister, Patricia Rickman; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Laylah Lykens.
