He was born in Lexington, KY on June 10, 1967 to Patsy Kelley Garrett and the late Robert “Bob” Garrett.
He is survived by his fiancée, Patricia Hoskins; two children, Amber and Sean; two grandchildren, Aedan and Liliana; his mother, Patsy; sister, Kellie; brother, Mike; and a very large extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert; his brother, Robbie; and his sister, Mickey.
He led a full life and will be greatly missed by many.
