It is with great sadness that the family of Aaron Cooper announces his sudden death due to an accident in California in March 2018. Aaron was born 27 years ago in New York, 10 days after his father, Larry Cooper, died of cancer. When Aaron was about 3 1/2 years old, his mother, Jacqueline, remarried. Her husband, Neal, became an amazing dad to Aaron. Jacqueline and Neal later gave Aaron a delightful sister, Brenna. Aaron grew up in Oregon. He spent many summer vacations in Hot Springs visiting his grandparents, Don and Jackie Cooper.

Aaron later moved to northern California and went to college there, graduating in graphic design. He was employed in the technology industry at the time of his death. Aaron had a lifelong passion for visual arts and music, and worked frequently as a DJ, songwriter and sound engineer. Aaron was kind and generous and he had a big, big heart.

Aaron is survived by his loving fiancée, Hilary; his parents, Jacqueline and Neal, and his sister, Brenna, of northern California. He was the son of the late Larry Cooper. Aaron was the grandson of Gloria Thompson and the late Lyle Thompson, of Washington, and the late Jackie and Don Cooper, of Hot Springs. He is also survived by his aunt, Jackie Jo Cooper Fastenow, and husband David Fastenow, of Hot Springs; cousin, William Fastenow (Rachel), of southern California; godfather, Oscar DeLeon (Octavio), of Georgia; as well as many other relatives and friends.
