Son of Wade Eli and Ida Elizabeth Windham. He was a U.S. Air Force Korean War veteran. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Cleat Harvey, John Thomas Harvey, Harold Harvey and Felton Bryant Harvey; five sisters, Geneva Price, Thelma Cole, Lora Bell McCrory, Pauline Hoffman and Fannie Ladd; and grandson, Jamie Keet.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Rigel Harvey; two daughters, Glenda Harvey Messman and her husband, Herb, of Decatur and Jeannene Harvey Keet and her husband, Jim, of Newnan, Ga.; one brother, Dewey Harvey of Forest, Miss.; one granddaughter, Kyla Keet of Newnan, Ga.; two stepgrandchildren and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
