With profound sadness we announce the passing of Mary Margaret Ball, 72, of Boynton Beach, Florida on Monday, March 23, 2020. Mary left this world to soon but heaven gained an angel the day she left earth.
Mary’s journey in life began April 5,1947 in Detroit, MI. She was a quick witted, loving, warm and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, Aunt, daughter and friend. Mary was an especially devoted wife to her husband, George Kingberry Ball III who was her best friend and spouse of 46 years. Tavia Lyndsay Rush and Kasey Margaret Ball are the daughters of Mary and George Ball. Tavia and Kasey were very close with their mother and had a special bond with Mary that will never be forgotten. Mary was Tavia and Kasey’s hearts. Mary will be missed deeply by her husband and her daughters.
Mary was a designer for most of her career life, working with civil engineering firms as a senior CAD designer. When she retired her creative and artistic gifts were expressed in various ways as she loved and cared for her family. Her devotion to her family will be their most treasured gifts. Mary always loved a good laugh, in fact her own laugh will be etched in our memories forever.
Mary is survived by her husband, George Kingsbury Ball III. Tavia Lynsay Rush and Kasey Margaret Ball her daughters. Four grandchildren: Skylar, Shelby, Riley and Chloe Rush. Five siblings: Charlene Nardone, Susan Koeller, Thomas Schornak, Karol Cufferi, Kryst’l DiPace. Numerous nieces and nephews, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, great nieces and nephews and a great niece!
She is preceded by her parents Sylvester Edward Schornak and Gloria Irene Wright-Sarkin.
Services will be held at: Boynton Memorial Chapel from 2-4 On Saturday March 28, 2020 and St Thomas More on Monday March 30, 2020.
