McIntosh and Mattie L. Smith. Thelma married Rutherford B. Hayes, July 5, 1934, in Topeka. He is deceased. She is survived by her children: Ronald Hayes, Lawton, Oklahoma; Alyce Brown (Everett), Topeka; Lilly Hayes, Daniel Hayes and Wendell Hayes, Topeka.
The Home Going Celebration will be Saturday, November 19, 2016, 10:00 a.m. at Capitol City Community Church of God, 1191 SE 37th Street, Topeka. Visitation will be Friday, November 18 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowser-Johnson Funeral Chapel.
