Judith Arlene Elkins, 75, of Whitman, went home to be with the Lord on November 18, 2017. Born September 8, 1942, she was the beloved daughter of Bernice Elkins Sellards and the late Sponcil Elkins. Judi was a faithful member of #20 Whitman Community Church for over 60 years, where she taught Sunday School, worked in the youth ministry, and sang in the choir. She was excellent with children and worked as a nanny for several families in her community.

Along with her mother, Judi is also survived by three sisters, Claudia Ellis and Becky (Kirby) Rhodes of Whitman, WV, Veda (Tom) Bias of Holden Beach, NC, and numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved very much.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday November 21,2017 at 11:00 AM at the #20 Whitman Community Church in Whitman. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby, WV.

Friends may call on the family on Monday from 6:00 - 9:00 PM at the church.

Pall bearers will be church friends and family.
