She was of the Baptist Faith. Veronica had a passion for anything outdoors including; woodworking, planting flowers, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, James Wickliffe Walker; three daughters, Mary Walker of Dukedom, TN, Lacey (Shawn) Blythe of Mayfield, KY, and Danielle Walker of Murray, KY; one brother Arthur Gilbert of Lone Oak, KY; two sisters, Janet Gilbert Buote of Pinson, TN and Stacey Agent-Day, of Burna, KY, and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Gipson, and her mother Barbara Haney Gilbert.
