They had 47 wonderful years together and were blessed with two sons and a daughter; three grand children and three great grandchildren, all boys. In 1956 the family moved to Oklahoma in a 1956 Pontiac station wagon with three children a Labrador Retriever and a Collie. They all loved the Fourth of July when they had a picnic complete with watermelon and fireworks.
