Sweet Sandra “Ms. Sandy” Lindsey, 67, of Midland, went to be with the Lord Monday, June 26, 2017.

Ms. Sandy was born in Dallas, Texas on August 25, 1949 and raised in Midland, Texas.

She graduated from Lee High School.

As a caregiver, she worked in nursing homes and daycare centers.

In 1982 she met and married Mark Lindsey, who cherished her for 7 years before his passing in 1990.

She then attended and graduated from business school.

In 1999 she became a member of True Lite Christian Fellowship, where once again she was happy to tend to the children in the nursery.

Ms. Sandy was a loving mother, Memaw, sister, aunt and friend.

She is survived by her 2 brothers, James Berry and Troy Berry; 1 sister, Loretta Berry Miller Wood; her daughter, Lenina Springer; her son, LeDon Hall; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and one on the way.

The family will accept guests at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 29, 2017. Funeral services will be held at True Lite Christian Fellowship on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 10:00 am, with Pastor Roy Smith officiating. The church family is welcome to attend burial at Andrews County Old Cemetery in Andrews, Texas at 1:00 pm, Friday, June 30, 2017.
