Diana L. Morris (affectionately known as "Tillie"), of Ocean Township, N.J., departed this life peacefully on January 19, 2017, surrounded by family. She was born on July 31, 1954, at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, N.J.
She leaves to mourn two daughters Nikki Morris, Tinton Falls, N.J. and Yolanda Crespo, Brooklyn, N.Y., three grandsons, Angel, Johnny and Bobby and one great-grandson, Johnny Jr.; two brothers Ramon Morris, Long Branch, NJ, and Milton Morris, Neptune, NJ; an aunt Catherine Overby of Tinton Falls, N.J. and uncles Lawrence Morris of Long Branch, N.J. and Walter Morris of Eatontown, N.J., and a host of relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until noon at Shrewsbury Ave A.M.E. Zion Church, Red Bank, NJ. The funeral service will begin at noon, immediately following the hours of visitation. Rev. Zaniel T. M. Young will officiate. Interment will be held at White Ridge Cemetery, Eatontown, NJ.
Childs Funeral Home, Red Bank, has been entrusted with arrangements.
