Tony Nicholas Barnett, was called to his eternal resting place on March 16, 2020. He entered this world on March 31, 1941 in Crossett, Arkansas born to Nicholas Taylor Barnett and Lucille Cope Barnett.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents Nicholas and Lucille Barnett; his brother, Herman Barnett; his sister JoAnn Barnett Cooley and his love, Rose "Mimi" Fruedensprung.
Surviving family includes Mica Wilson - daughter, and son-in-law, Casey of Quitman; Nick Barnett - son, and daughter-in-law, Shannon of Stonewall, LA. Eight grandchildren - Ethan and Veronica Wilson, Lexie Wilson, Ayden, Dagan, Cohen, Kai and Gus Barnett, as well as two great grandchildren - Hayze and Everli Wilson.
Tony was a United States Marine and a Vietnam Veteran. He loved to fish, hunt and make homemade wine. If you met him, you would never forget him.
His family will have a private remembrance.
