He is survived by his wife Gertrude Hendrickson and one adopted son Eugene Hendrickson.
He is also survived by his parents James Moore Henderickson and Lela Lee Wells Henderickson of Thorpe, WV., three sisters and two brothers, one of which is Maurice Henderickson of Nezperce, Idaho.
He is a direct descendant of the Captain James Moore family, which was massacred by the Shawanoes indians at Abbs Valley, VA in July 1786.
He is a grandson of the late Robert Clay Wells and Mary Dillon Wells of Teal Branch, VA.
Funeral services were conducted at the home of his parents in Thorpe, WV by Reverend F W Dean of Boissevain, VA.
Pallbearers were Harry Wells, Jack Wells, Robert Wells and Paul Wells and William Gills and Howard Gills, all cousins of the deceased.
Burial was in Maple Hills Cemetery, Bluefield, VA.
