David J. Moon, 42, currently residing in Elizabeth, Colorado passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 16, 2020.
Born in Norwich, NY, he moved to Watertown NY with his parents in 1989.
David graduated from Watertown High School, participating in football, basketball and golf.
He continued his studies graduating from OCC and finished his education earning his Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Albany.
David had briefly lived in Lafayette, NY before moving to Sanford, FL where he worked in the hospitality industry. David moved to Denver, Colorado in 2018, to be closer to his high school best friend, James Weebe, who had a work opportunity for him. He also loved spending time outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing and boating.
Surviving to cherish his memory are
his parents, Maureen and Floyd Moon of Lafayette,
brother, Scott Moon of Arlington, TN,
sister, Gretchen Moon (Chad Tilley) of Holiday, FL,
niece, Logan Moon of Arlington, TN and
several cousins.
Services will be private with burial in Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
