Guy Smith, 87 of Baileyton passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at his residence. Guy was born October 10, 1932, in Blountsville, Alabama to Jessie J. Smith and Dora Ramsey-Smith.
He was a retired diesel mechanic from Southland International and had previously owned the Baileyton Garage with his brother.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years Laura Smith, sisters: Inez Smith and Dorothy Barnes-Higginbotham; sisters-in-law: Mickey Smith and Faye Smith.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, daughters and sons-in-law, grandchildren and in-law, special daughter, brothers, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service was March 21, 2020, at Gober Funeral Chapel. Burial followed in Baileyton Cemetery.
