Tamara Yvette Williams, 49, of Georgetown, DE, departed this life on Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE. Born in Lewes, she was the daughter of Mary Reid Jennings (Bishop Richard) and the late James E. Williams.

Ms. Williams was a member of Tabernacle of Praise in Seaford, DE where Bishop Richard Jennings is the Pastor. There, she served as an Evangelist and Prophetess, Sunday School Teacher, Choir Director, Praise and Worship Leader, Youth Leader, and member of the Pastor's Aide Ministry.

She was a self-employed Home Day Care Provider.

In addition to her mother, she will be lovingly remembered by: three sisters, Regina Williams, Dena Williams, and Veronica Purnell; four brothers, Mark Reid, John Williams (Tamar), Timothy Hudson (Heather), and Dwayne Hudson; an adopted sister, Isador Johnson (Carl); an adopted brother, Quentin Jones; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Paul Hudson, Jr., and an adopted brother, Jesreal Jones.

Ms. Williams will lie in repose on Saturday, February 16, 2019, from 10 AM to 12 PM at Calvary Pentecostal Church, 13325 Worcester Highway, Bishopville. The funeral service will begin at 12 PM. Interment will follow at Golden Acres Cemetery, Hotel Road, Bishopville.
