MANNING , RALPH A. age 92, of South Knoxville, passed away Friday, February 12, 2010 at Asbury Health Center. Ralph was a member of Stock Creek Baptist Church and served in the US Army during World War II. He was also a member of Rockford Masonic Lodge. He retired from Sunshine Biscuit Company. Preceded in death by loving wife of 63 years, Helen Fox Manning ; parents, Albert and Dicie Manning ; brothers, Leon, Earl, Robert, and Lillard; sisters, Reva and Geneva.

Survived by son, Ray E. Manning and wife, Helen; daughter, Joan Hatcher-Hurst and husband Doug; grandchildren: Scott Manning , Lora Patterson and husband, Chuck; Morgan Hurst; greatgrandchildren: Evan and Chloe Patterson.

Family and friends will meet at Stock Creek Cemetery on Monday at 11:00 AM, Rev. Carroll Golden officiating.
