JD Tabor was a native of Gainesville, GA and born to Alonzo and Geraldine Tabor. JD was the 4th child of 10 siblings.
JD was married to Shirley-Ann Vincent. He moved to Detroit, MI where he raised his family and worked at Tastee Bakery for 26 years. He served in the US Army for several years. JD had many hobbies such as boxing, football, and basket ball but boxing was his true passion. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
JD is survived by his loving family which includes his children: Barbara Ann Tabor, Fernandez (Shantell) Tabor, Timothy (Natanya) Alexander Tabor, Eleanor Denise Davis, Bobbie-Jean Jones, 23 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
