She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. on November 5, 1937, to Euphenia Walker Slack and John Slack.
Martha is survived by her husband, Dan Piskorik; son, Tommy Alford and his wife Karen; daughter, Angela Kinley and her husband Jerry. Also surviving are her brother, Eddie Slack; sister, Ernestine Slack, Martha's grandchildren, great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, May 15, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held at Crofts-Crow Funeral Chapel in Johnson City, Texas at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 16, 2015.
Interment will follow at the Round Mountain Cemetery.
