nora ellen baker rose, age 75, of 1818 tulls creek road, moyock nc, died march 12, 2002 at chesapeake general hospital. she was born in bertie county, nc june 26, 1926 to the late william grady and minnie kirl baker and was the widow of ennis e rose jr.
mrs. rose is survived by a daughter, mary rose romm of currituck nc. three sons, william e rose and his wife, debi, ronnie e. rose and his wife, lisa, and paul c. rose and his wife, janet, all of currituck nc. a sister, lois b hassell of roper nc, a brother, elvin baker of gloucester, va. and 9 grandchildren, jamie, case, molly, grady, emily, tyler, and abigail rose and robert and mary willoughby romm. she was predeceased by 2 brothers, arvin baker and delton baker; and three grandchildren, david, kristi, and zachary rose.
burial will be in the moyock cemetery.
