JOHN G. FREEMAN DEAD
Lockport, March 12--- John G. Freeman, 86 years old, one of the old pioneers of this county, died at his home on South street, yestreday. Sunday night he had a stroke of paralysis and soon after became unconscious and passed away. He leaves one aged sister, Mrs. William H. Brewer of Orchard street. Mr. Freeman was for years a Supervisor from the town of Lockport, and was a prominent Republican.

John G. Freeman is an editor in 1860 and is the superintendent of the plank road in Lockport in1880. He has a new wife (Lucy E.) in 1900. They married abt.1893. She was born Aug 1866, 45 years his junior.
