January 7, 1972 - March 15, 2020 Paula Kay (Shifflet) Pulliam, 48, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020 in Lexington. Paula is the wife of 19 years to Jason Ladale Pulliam of Lawrenceburg. Paula was born January 7, 1972 in Harrodsburg to William Oscar Shifflet and Doris Sue (Pence) Shifflet of Lawrenceburg.
Paula was a homemaker, and an avid Kentucky Wildcat and Alabama Crimson Tide Fan. She was a former coach for the Anderson County Middle School Lacrosse Team and a Board Member for the Anderson County Lacrosse Association. Paula was a very active soccer and lacrosse mom and also enjoyed crocheting.
Including her husband and parents, Paula is survived by six children, Victoria Nicole (Charlie) Streit of Alabama, Ariel Miranda Pulliam, Dennis Lynn (Katie May) Robinson, III, Coleman Douglas Curtsinger, Hunter Crimson Pulliam and Houston Craig Pulliam, all of Lawrenceburg; four grandchildren, Jasmine Elaine Goff, Jocelyn Marie Goff, Olivia Streit and Kaydence Beth Robinson; four sisters, Barbie Sue (Keven) Peek, Lawrenceburg, Jeni (Jeremy) Mead, Lexington, Daphney Jane (Scott) Hardin, Lawrenceburg, Emily (Josh) Pierce, Paris, KY, and a brother, William Oscar (Vickie) Shifflet Jr, Lawrenceburg.
A celebration of life will be held for Paula from 6 -8 P.M., Friday, March 20, 2020 at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.
