Margaret A. Dow, age 71, of Naugatuck, peacefully entered into rest on Sunday evening, April 10, 2011, at Griffin Hospital. Miss Dow was born in Bridgeport on January 28, 1940, daughter of the late Mary Jane Dow Reagan. She grew up and lived in Bridgeport for most of her life before moving to Ansonia for 15 years and then Naugatuck for 11 years. Although never having any of her own, Margaret loved and cared for all children. She is survived by a loving brother, John Dow of Naugatuck, three Godchildren, a niece, a nephew, and several cousins and friends. She was predeceased by a brother, Edward Dow. Friends and relatives are invited to attend her funeral on Thursday, April 14, 2011, at 10 a.m. in the chapel of the Spinelli-Ricciuti/Bednar-Osiecki Funeral Home, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia with Deacon Richard Renker officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Ansonia. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday morning from 9 a.m. until the service begins.
