He is survived by his father Joseph E. Ott of Louisville; mother, sisters, grandparents.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his grandmother Barbara Horn.
Funeral service will be held Saturday at 6 p.m. at E.M. Coots' Sons. Visitation will be held Saturday from 2-60 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen.
