Howard C. Baker, former Creek County Surveyor, died on July 3, 1976 at Bartlett Memorial Hospital in Sapulpa at the age of 64.
Born May 21, 1912 in Jennings, Okla. he had been a Sapulpa resident for 37 years coming from Oilton, Okla. He was a retired Frisco engineer, and was county surveyor for 23 years.
He is survived by his wife, of the home, three children, Clifford, Donna, and Linda, seven grandchildren, one brother and one sister. He is preceeded in death by a son Charles.
