MAYODAN – Hazel Gann Gray, 91, left her earthly home Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at Carolina Health Care, Charlotte, NC.

The family will receive friends from 5:30 until 6:30 pm Friday, July 28, 2017, at Colonial Funeral Home followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 6:30 p.m. with Rev. David Cox presiding.

Mrs. Gray was born December 10, 1925, in Rockingham County, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Walter B. Gann. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Willard Gray (2012); brothers, Rev. Cecil Gann, and Paul Gann; sisters, Frances Kallam, and Doris Bokoski.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Reverend Mark (Esther), John (Wendy); six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Neva.
