Emily was born in Scotland County, NC on May 21, 1977 to Mrs. Berta Quick and the late Willie Goins. She was a member of Pee Dee Chapel Baptist Church. She was a K-9 officer with the Bennettsville Police Department. Emily was a social butterfly. She enjoyed spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, her goats and her K-9 pups, and the Clemson Tigers.
She leaves behind her loving memory; husband, Kel Hall; son, Tyler J. “TJ” Crowley (Kelly); step daughters, Ashlynn Hall and Taylor Hall; mother, Berta Quick; brothers, Willie Goins, Bland McCall (Buffy) and Ricky Goins; sisters, Brenda Roscoe (Prentiss), Julie Caulder (Josh), Gail Crowley (Joe), and Barbara Driggers (Dougie); special niece and nephew, Brandy Oxendine Pugh and Timothy Oxendine; special aunt, Frances Locklear.
She was preceded in death by her father listed above; son, Brandon Michael Oxendine; sister, Kathy Brigman; grand-parents, George and Molly Clark.
