She was born October 22, 1920, in Lanton, Missouri, the daughter of Charles Thomas Jackson and Delcie Matilda (Wolf) Jackson, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by two babies, one sister, four uncles and two grandsons.
She is survived by one son, Charles A. Winston and his wife, Pam of Bowling Green, Kentucky; two daughters, Barbara Kidwell and her husband, Bill of Jay, Oklahoma and Charlotte Marie Pelham and her husband, Steve of San Antonio, Texas; one brother, Leon Jackson and his wife, Alma of Cassville; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Neva received her education in Cassville, where she graduated from high school. For several years she was employed as a ticket agent for Trailways Bus Line in Houston, Texas, from which she retired. After her retirement twenty-five years ago, she returned to Missouri to make her home. She loved and enjoyed her garden immensely.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 6, 2007, in Oak Hill Cemetery, Cassville, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor Doyle Russell will conduct the services.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 P.M. Sunday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
