Nugget enjoyed the outdoors, cooking, home improvement and spending time with friends, family and loved ones. He always kept busy whether working, fishing, building patios and ponds or growing plumeria plants. “Poppie” enjoyed being with his “bugs” (granddaughters), attending plays, talent shows, school activities and soccer games.

Philip is preceded in death by his parents, Philip N. Anderson Sr. and Norma Lee Anderson. Along with his sister, Jane Riner.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Katherine; his daughter, Melanie (Joseph) Van Maren; his granddaughters, Helena, Ava, and Milla Van Maren; and his sister, Phyllis “Ditty” Trout; and Linda Anderson.
