Born May 28, 1928 to Ernest and Cassie Hayes Prudhon. Attended Foley High School. Married Harold Jacobs at Wheaton, Minnesota February 9, 1948.
Survived by husband, Harold; four sons - Sam (Lois), Lyle (Patty), Larry (Shirley) and Joel (Lisa); 10 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by two brothers - Marshall and Marvin, and two sisters - Beth and Betty.
Visitation Monday, December 7 from 6-8 p.m. at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata, MN.
Memorial service on December 8 at 1:00 p.m. at Indian Lake Baptist Church, Worthington.
