David Alan Ritchie, 80, of Brackenridge, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at his home.

He was born January 5, 1940, in Brackenridge to the late George T. and Elizabeth E. Wheeler Ritchie. He was a 1958 graduate of Har-Brack High School.

David was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. He worked in the distribution department at the Valley News Dispatch.

David is survived by his children, Renee (Jeff) Ritchie Hirshka, Darin Ritchie and Heidi Ritchie Bristol; brothers, James (Carol) Ritchie and Richard D. (Janet) Ritchie; and by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his daughter, Robin Ritchie Wallace; and by his brothers, Roger Patrick Ritchie and Vincent Gary Ritchie.

Services and burial for David were private. Arrangements were under the care of the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc. Natrona Heights.
