A funeral service for Mr. James Ray Dunaway, 47, of Piedmont, will be on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 11:00 am in the Toby Miller Chapel at Miller Funeral Home. Pastor Ray Camp will be officiating. A burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Munford. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 13, 2020 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Miller Funeral Home.
James passed away on March 10, 2020.
He is survived by his wife, Mendy Dunaway; children, Macey Uesry (Dustin), Colton Sanford; grandchildren, Bella Uesry and Brantley Uesry; parents, James and Elaine Dunaway; sister, Kim Dabbs (Billy); nephew and niece, Colton Dunaway (Jessie) and Casey Dabbs (Jasper), and a host of extended family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Shane Trapp, Joey McFall, Colton Dunaway, Jasper Bonner, Matt Dunaway and Mark Dunaway.
James was the best and most loving Pop, husband, son, father, brother, Bubba and friend. He will be deeply missed by all those that knew him.
