Funeral Services for Gloria Virginia Henley Cooper, age 82, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2020, will be held Friday, March 13, 2020, at 11:00 am at Union Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2020 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Union Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Union Baptist Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Bro. Brian Tatum will officiate the service.
A native of Ozona, MS, she was a Homemaker and a member of Union Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Choir, directed by Bro. Anthony Turner. Gloria's first love was her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Orease and Eula Mae Henley, her loving husband of 56 years, Eric Cooper; her son, Marty Cooper; and her brother, David Henley.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Greg Cooper and wife Patty; 2 granddaughters, Ashley (Chris) Morgan, and Danielle Cooper; and 3 great grandchildren, Abbie Morgan, Gabe Morgan, and Hailey Cooper.
