Ursula died sometime after being mentioned in second husband Walter Scott's will dated 29 Mar 1743 (see below).

Referred to in court records as "married to Walter Scott of Henrico County"..."and late of Samuel Branch"...1707 (Henrico Orphans Court, Book, 1677-1739, p. 50).

Will of Walter Scott of Henrico County written 29 Mar 1743. To wife Ursula Scott the use of two negroes Jane and Aggy, all personal estate during her natural life, after her death the two negroes and all that sd. wife has been posest with to my son William Scott. To son Walther Scott one negro boy name Front and 26 pounds currency money to be paid by my exor. To daughter Mary Fore one shilling. To daughter Elizabeth Mulens (Mullers?) one shilling. Son William Scott executor. Witnesses: Robert Goode, Worsham Easly, Robert Easly. Estate not to be appraised. Recorded 1st Monday in Feb. 1746, Vol. 1744-48, p. 230 (The Edward Pleasants Valentine Papers, Vol. 3, p. 1523).
