Mrs. Jackson was born November 3, 1950 in Cobb County, GA, the daughter of the late Alfred Walter and Melba Margaret Brown Harp. She was a homemaker and member of the Mt. Bethel Tabernacle and served in the U.S.Army.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, James Jackson.
Survivors include: son; Jamie Jackson and Fiancée Pamela Graves, Ellijay, and daughter and son-in-law; Laura Jean and Doug Garland, Ellijay, grandchildren, Jesse, Clay, Hannah, Gabriel, Leia and Luke, brother; Al Harp, Marietta, sisters; Cathy Webster, Marietta, Cindy Ann Jeffers, Cartersville, Norma Jean Harp, Ellijay.
A visitation will be held Thursday March 12, 2020 from 5 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Yukon cemetery.
