Leland Wayne Johnson was born on February 24, 1935 in Panola County, Texas to Burtis and Virgie Johnson. Mr. Johnson loved his family, spending time outside, and cooking. He enjoyed Nascar, Shepherds Chapel, beautiful knives, and Bluegrass Music. He was a very hard-working welder and loved to stay busy. Mr. Johnson had a big heart, and cared deeply about the ones he loved. Mr. Johnson had a strong love for God and loved to listen to Arnold Murray preach about the bible. Banana pudding, peanuts and fried pies were his favorite treats. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Hazel, and daughter Teresa.
