Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 PM in the Wilkerson Funeral Chapel in Greenville, officiated by the Reverend Phillip Boykin. Burial will follow in Pinewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30-1:30 PM at the funeral home.
A lifelong resident of Pitt County, Karen was the daughter of Noah J. Buck of Greenville and the late Mary Lou Clarke. She graduated from Rose High School and attended East Carolina University. A graphic artist, she spent her 30-year career at ECU Printing and Graphics, retiring in 2010.
In addition to her father, Karen is survived by her sister, Joni Buck Worthington and husband, Wayne, of Raleigh; nephew Al Worthington and wife, Amy, of Holly Springs; and niece Mary Clarke Worthington of Raleigh.
