Justin Bradley McCoy, age 22, of Prosper, Texas passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. He was born September 22, 1997, in Plano, Texas to Jocey and Jeff McCoy. Justin graduated as Prosper High School’s Salutatorian in 2016. He was currently majoring in Math at The University of Texas at Dallas, preparing to become a high school math teacher, and working as a tutor at Mathnasium in Prosper, Texas.
Some of Justin’s passions included music, family time, playing games, running and learning. He accepted Christ at 6-years old and loved God his whole life. Justin was dearly loved, and he will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Justin in survived by his parents, Jocey and Jeff McCoy; his sisters, Taylor and Kaitlyn McCoy; his aunts and uncles, Lindsey Williams and his wife, Pamela of Castle Rock, Colorado, and Scott McCoy and his wife, Sara of North Richland Hills, Texas; his grandmother, Donna Williams; and his cousins, Devin Williams, Madeline Williams, Olivia Williams Allison Monroe, Anne Cooke and Michael Cooke.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mike Williams, Pat Paschal and Clint McCoy; and his aunt, Melissa Cooke.
Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Berkshire Chapel, 9073 Berkshire Drive, Frisco, Texas 75033. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 9, 2020 at the Berkshire Chapel beginning at 12:00 PM with Pastor Jeremy Shuck officiating. Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Prosper, Texas.
