Ms. Joyce Ineda Freeman, age 77 of Hickory, KY passed away Sunday, March 8, 2020, at Marshall Co. Hospital E.R. in Benton, KY.
Born Thursday, May 28, 1942 in Graves Co., KY, she was the daughter of the late William Marvin Freeman and the late Artie Gladys (Cope) Freeman. She worked for Mayfield Manufacturing in Mayfield, KY, then later worked for Medco Nursing and Rehabilitation in Paducah, KY. She was a member of the Oak Level Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by a niece; Marcia Poe of Symsonia, KY, nephews; Gary Freeman of Benton, KY, Randy Freeman of Symsonia, KY and Michael Freeman of Symsonia, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Homer "H.C." Freeman and Jack W. Freeman, sisters, Melissia Freeman, Doris Freeman and Vivian Freeman.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY. Rev. C.C. Brasher will officiate. Interment will follow the service in the Clarks River Cemetery, Symsonia, KY.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, KY.
