Dorothy E. Joeckel Brewer, age 87, resident of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, March 2, 2020 in Ponca City.
Dorothy will be laid to rest privately next to her husband Jimmie at the Red Rock Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.
Survivors include her children: Terry Brewer and wife Ethel of Olathe, KS, Jimmie J. Brewer and wife Scarlett of London, AR, Alfred Brewer and wife Stephanie of Marland, OK, Melvin Brewer of Spring Hill, KS, Carrie Case and husband Scott of Marland, OK, as well as Walter Brewer and wife Chera of Ponca City; 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her Parents Walter and Anna Joeckel, husband Jimmie Brewer, daughter Debra Shephard, 12 siblings, grandson Jimmie Dean Shephard, and her great granddaughter Journey Beckwith.
