Terry Wayne Goodman, 65, of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, passed away peacefully after a long, stoic battle with cancer March 4, 2020. A beloved and devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother, Terry was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Robert and Opal (née Nevels) Goodman on August 6, 1954. Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing or anything that allowed him to spend time with his grandchildren. His love for putting a smile on anyone's face and genuine selflessness led many to consider him as a brother or second father.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers John and Jerry.He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Carol (née Logan) Goodman, son Nicholas (Amanda) Goodman, daughter Carly (Bruce) Kelley, daughter Amanda Goodman, brother Larry Goodman, brother Tommy Goodman, and sister Donna (Yogesh) Parikh. He will be eternally idolized by his grandchildren Carter, Nicole, Madison, Logan, Adan, Lizzie, Cade, Grant, and Griffin.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at The Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati - Mason, 5200 Natorp Blvd, Mason, OH, 45040
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to The American Cancer Society in Terry's honor.
