Louise L. (Ward) Conjar, 80, of Highspire, died Sunday, March 8, 2020 in M.S. Hershey Medical Center.

She was the daughter of the late John and Ethel E. Funk Ward and the widow of Nicholas Conjar.

Louise was a retired Cafeteria Worker at Harrisburg Hospital and a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton.

She loved to cook, go shopping (especially those WalMart trips), spending time with her grandchildren, and she loved to eat sweets.

Louise was preceded in death by one son: David "Sam" Kable; step-son: Thomas Conjar; brothers: George, John, Donald, and David Ward; and, an infant son.

She is survived by one son: Ronald Kable, Jr. and his wife Cindy of Highspire; two daughters: Ronda Conjar Putric and her husband, Ed and Rose Surfield all of Middletown; one sister: Rosemary Ward Wiest of Steelton; step-children: Nicholas Conjar of Steelton, Joe Conjar and his wife, Theresa of Steelton, Lennie Conjar of Palmyra, Rose Conjar of Steelton, and Peggy Conjar of Oberlin; grandchildren: Jason Kable and his wife, Deb, Adrienne Albert and her husband, Josh, Matthew Conjar, Jeremy Kable, Lindsey Surfield, Megan Surfield, David Kable, Brianna Kable, and Leslie Ward; four great-grandchildren; step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; and, a host of nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.

Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family in Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Deacon Michael A. Grella officiating. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Burial will be in Shoop's Cemetery.
