He was born on July 6, 1967, in Hoopeston, Illinois.
Roger was a very charismatic person and was kind to all he met. He was known to always smile and become friends to everyone. He helped to care for his father, Jerry, and loved to cook. He also enjoyed volunteering his time with different events held at the Vermilion County Conservation District, Georgetown Library, and the Georgetown Fair. Roger will be missed by his family and many, many friends.
He is survived by his father, Jerry Biggs, of Georgetown and his sister, Susan (David) Biggs Warner of Danville.
His mother, Claire Biggs, and his infant brother, David, preceded him in death.
He will be laid to rest in Georgetown Cemetery.
