Dennis passed away November 1, 2018 after a long battle with lung cancer. Dennis was born December 13, 1949 in Seattle, WA and grew up in Mountlake Terrace, WA. He joined the United States Air Force at 18 and fought in the Vietnam war. He spent 21 years serving his country before moving back to Washington when he retired. He then went to work for Tramco/BF Goodrich for 20 years and retired again due to a back injury. He loved classic cars and was a member of the Twin City Idlers in Stanwood, WA for several years. He enjoyed boating and camping with his family. Dennis is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sandy; his daughter, Jennifer Kitchens; his son, Jeffrey Kitchens; his grandson, Kyle Kitchens; and granddaughter, Katlyne Kitchens. Services will be held at the Little White Church on the Hill in Silvana, WA on November 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with a reception following at the American Legion at 11:30 a.m.
