Regina A. Day, "Jean", of Levittown, born Christmas Day in 1928 passed away Monday, March 26, 2012 surrounded by her loving family at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne.

Jean was the beloved wife of the late Michael W. Day, the loving mother of the late Arthur M. Day and loving grandmother of the late Steven A. Day.

Jean is survived by her son, Michael J. Day and his wife, Pat; her daughter Maureen Bane and her husband Bob.

Affectionately known as "Bugga" by her loving grandchildren, she will be missed by Michael Day and his wife, Courtney, Kelly Day and Michael Prestifilippo, Bob Bane and Michelle Bane.

Bugga's first great-grandchild, a baby girl will be welcomed to the world on Wednesday, March 28, 2012.

Bugga shared a special bond with the entire Shea family, who she considered her own.

Jean was one of 13 children and is survived by her loving sister, Joan Barry of Brick, NJ and many loving nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Jean enjoyed spending time with her family, taking trips and spending special moments with her grandchildren.

Services will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 beginning at 9:30 at St. Joseph the Worker. A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11:00 am at St. Joseph the Worker, 9172 New Falls Road, Levittown, PA followed by burial at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA.
