Kenneth Leonard Dixon Sr., age 61 of Dongola, went home to be with Jesus on Thursday, March 5, 2020.
He was born August 8, 1958 in Marion, the son of Sydney and Mary (Lang) Dixon.
He married Carrie Doublin on August 8, 2008 in Jonesboro.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Carrie Dixon; children, K. L. Dixon Jr., A. Dixon, Brayden, he raised, Deliah, and was a father figure to many; grandchildren; siblings, F. (R.) Dixon, Carol (Tommy), and Jerry, Darrel, and Elaine; his church family; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, and several siblings.

Kenneth enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was very strong in his faith and loved going to church. He attended the Alto Pass Full Gospel Pentecostal Church and he was a witness of God to anyone and everyone he met. He was a welder fabricator, and worked for Unimin for 15 years. He also worked for the Anna Quarry.

A celebration of life will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at the Alto Pass Full Gospel Pentecostal Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour at 2:00 p.m.
