Tracy Lynn Cochran Evans, 51, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2020. She was born January 27, 1969 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, daughter of the late Thomas Cochran and Sherry Schofstoll Gabbard.
Tracy was a veteran of the US Army. She was an past investigator at the Dearborn County Coroner’s Office. She loved animals and was a dog breeder and trainer. She liked to ride motorcycles and enjoyed painting and decorating. She worked as a Nurse / Case Manager.
She is survived by her mother, Sherry Schofstoll Gabbard of Aurora, IN; 2 sons, Zachary Evans of Florence, KY, Riley Caswell of Aurora, IN; 2 daughters, Sydney (fiance Coleman Yauch) Caswell of Aurora, IN, Macy Evans of Aurora, IN; 2 brothers, Troy (Valerie) Cochran of Greendale, IN, Josh Cochran of Aurora, IN; 2 sisters, Tomya (Chuck) Cochran-Metcalf of West Harrison, IN, Jessica (fiance Colton Glenn) Cochran of Aurora, IN; ex-husband, Chuck Evans of Aurora, IN; and her step-mother, Jo’Nee Cochran of Aurora, IN.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas L Cochran.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 3 pm to 6 pm at Trinity Christian Church, 18687 Pribble Rd, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025. Funeral services will be held at Trinity Christian Church, Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 6 pm, with Pastor Corey Potts officiating.
