A U.S. Army Veteran, Mr. Street retired from Pepsi as a truck driver. He enjoyed camping with his family and was very involved with the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 22, Elkton.
Survivors include his children, Kimberly Street-Bowles and companion, Sam Bowlsbey, Elkton, MD, Theresa Gross and John, Newark, DE, and Michael Street and wife, Brandy, Elkton, MD; grandchildren, Matthew Bowles and companion, Jessica Mallory, Sarah Bowles, Rachel Merendino and husband, Andrew, Christina Timlin and husband, Nick, Catie-Beth Harmon and husband, Robbie, Courtney Gross, John Patrick Gross, Alexis Street, Michael Street, Jr., and Leighann Street; and great-grandchildren, Zoey and Sophie Bowles, and Kolton Timlin.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Street was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine E. Street; and son, Robert J. “BJ” Street, III.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, March 12, 2020, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, where visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Interment with military honors will be in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to assist with funeral expenses may be made to Hicks Home for Funerals, P.A., in care of the above address.
