trina Ward Williams, 79, passed away, on Wednesday February 26, 2020 after a long struggle with various ailments. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 29, at 1 o'clock, in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. The Rev. Matthew Hill will officiate services. Entombment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery, Veteran Mausoleum.

Mrs. Williams was born in Eatonton, Georgia to the late Johnny Frank Ward, Sr. and Jessie Mae Williams. She was a member of the First Thessalonian Church of God In Christ and loved her family above all else. A private and reserved woman, she will be remembered by those closest to her. She was preceded in death by four siblings, and by her husband of 57 years, Leroy Williams, in April of 2019.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Elvis Williams (April); Jeffery Williams (Sharon); Keith Williams (Katrina); brother, Fred Ward (Barbara Jean); sister, Shirley Ward; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
